My Merry Maybe is a visual novel romance adventure game that follows the story of Hiroto Kishimori, a college student who befriends a young girl named Rev after she is found unconscious on the side of the road. As Rev's guardian, Hiroto helps her regain her memories and eventually discovers that she is a humanoid artificial life form known as Reprise.

The gameplay and user interface are similar to other visual novels in the KID series, offering features such as auto-play and pause, hide on-screen text, and message logs with voice re-play options. The game also features full voice-acting for all characters, including male and female protagonists, which adds to the immersive experience.

My Merry Maybe is a direct sequel to My Merry May and continues the story of Rev and Hiroto as originally planned as a trilogy. The game was released on the Sega Dreamcast in 2003.
