The Sega Game Gear version of Kinetic Connection has been rearranged to fit the smaller screen and console's design preferences.
The original game, Kinetic Connection , is a jigsaw puzzle game where animated pieces need to be combined to form an overall picture. This makes the game more challenging as the player can't study each piece individually while the entire puzzle moves. Flipping pieces on both the X and Y axes is also required to fit them together.
The game features 7 puzzles, with some carried over from earlier versions and new ones designed specifically for Kinetic Connection . The small screen means the pieces are scattered across the grid in a random order. Players can choose from three modes: Mode 1 allows piece swapping, Mode 2 is missing a piece and requires sliding puzzle-solving, and Mode 3 lets rows and columns be slid around the puzzle.
