Dyna Brothers is set on Planet Jura, a green and beautiful place where dinosaurs have lived for longer than anyone can remember. One day, however, a giant black ship appears in the sky, and aliens come down to the surface and start attacking the dinosaurs. Feeling their suffering, the dinosaurs' creator, The Egg, awakens.

Dyna Brothers 2 is an action & adventure game where you control your small army of dinosaurs against the invading enemy alien army on the Sega Mega Drive. You have six types of units to choose from, each with different skills and proficiencies. You can order your dinosaurs to move or attack, hatch new dinosaurs from The Egg, and use environmental commands like earthquakes and lightning strikes.

The game features a full scenario mode, as well as practice mode, a free battle mode, and a two-player mode where the second player takes control of the alien invaders.
