Hugo: The Evil Mirror is a 2D action-adventure game based on the popular PS1 and PC title of the same name. The gameplay follows the story where Scylla, envious of Hugolina's beauty, uses a magic mirror to capture Hugo first. The mirror breaks into three pieces, and the troll kids must find them to release Hugo.
The game takes place in 30+ levels with platform jumping on a 2D scrolling screen. Players can use magic freeze-rays to defeat enemies, freezing them into iceblocks that can be dropped from heights to shatter and reveal health items or coins. At the end of each location, a boss appears carrying a mirror piece.
Hugo: The Evil Mirror was released for the GameBoy Advance in 2002.
