START THE GAME
Insert the "Les Visiteurs" cartridge into the Game Boy and turn the Power button to On.
When the title screen appears, press the Start button to begin the game.
A menu invites you to start a new quest. Choose "Quest" if it's your first time playing, or if you want to restart the game from the beginning.
If you wish to continue a saved game, select options then enter a password (sorcery).
GAME PRINCIPLES
Choose one of four locations in the proposed era by moving the cross with the control pad and pressing the A button. In total, there are five different eras (Middle Ages, Modern World, Revolution, Future, Prehistory).
In each era, visit the four locations offered to you in any order. To access a new era, you must have collected all the excess items and returned the missing items to their place.
When you have completed an era, you return to the Mage. You must choose which of the two heroes will drink the potion first and fight the boss.
At the Mage's you can:
•
1- drink the potion to go to another era by entering the password (sorcery)
•
2- buy what you need (extra life, energy, weapons, special weapons, password.)
•
4- ask the mage to return to the menu.

SAVE THE GAME
To save the game, go to the wizard and buy a password (sorcery).
ENEMIES
Beware, the road is full of ambushes. Throughout these five eras, there are more than fifty different enemies who will try to make you fail in your mission.
So, be vigilant! "And may you perish if you falter!"
BOSS
Fantastic creatures populate the corridors of time. You must fight them to change era. Astuteness and bravery are your only aids.
UBI KEY
AN UBI SOFT INNOVATION
The UBI Key is an exclusive and original bonus. You will find this key hidden in a specific place in the game.
Thanks to your Game Boy Color's infrared link, you can exchange this key with one of your friends who also owns an UBI SOFT game featuring the UBI Key system. This key will allow each of you to open a secret level in your Game Boy Color game!
EXCLUSIVITY
Each UBI SOFT Game Boy Color game has a different UBI Key. Each of them will allow you to explore your secret level using new powers! It's up to you to find other UBI Key players to extend the adventure!

How to transfer the UBI Key?
As soon as you have recovered the key, a brief explanation appears on the screen.
•
1- Place the infrared links of the two Game Boy Color consoles face to face, a few centimeters from each other.
•
2- Press the A button to start the key sending process and hold the button down.
•
3- The receiver must be in the UBI Key section of their game's main menu. They must hold down the A button until the key is received, which will automatically propel them into a secret level of their game.
