Puzzler Collection is a collection of thousands of puzzles in four categories: Fitword, Crossword, Sudoku and Wordsearch. In Fitword , the words shown must be placed in a grid. In Crossword , clues are given and the player must input the word that matches the description. In Sudoku , numbers are placed in a grid in such a way that no duplicates occur horizontally and vertically. In Wordsearch , the words shown have to be crossed out in a grid of letters.
The game features several modes and difficulty levels, with options for players who prefer to hold their Nintendo DS like a book or play with either hand. The game also includes daily puzzle challenges that can be set up to fit various routines.
The game offers five different modes: Simply Puzzle, where players can choose from any type of puzzle; Quick Blast, which provides puzzles based on the amount of time available; Fast & Fun, with a timer added to increase pressure; Head to Head, a two-player challenge; and Tournament, where players solve increasingly difficult puzzles.
The European version includes all puzzles localized for different languages.
