Dino Dini's Soccer is a soccer game that features a unique control method, where the ball sticks to your foot for easier running with it. The game is viewed from above and played up and down the pitch, without the option of playing left-to-right like some other soccer games. Matches can last anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes, and the scanner that shows player positions on the rest of the pitch can be moved, resized, or disabled. The way you trigger aftertouch onto a pass can also be chosen.
The game includes various tournaments such as the full World Cup and its qualifying rounds, the European Championships, individual matches, as well as being able to configure your own league or cup tournament. It features international teams with customizable names, and more accurately depicts player ethnicities than many other soccer games at the time.
