The Turbo Outrun Gold Collection is a racing game that follows the story of the original Outrun, released on the Sega Genesis. The player takes control of one of three characters: Jack, Alex, or Chad, who are competing in a high-speed race through various locations around the world. As they progress through the levels, the roads become increasingly narrow and winding, with obstacles such as rocks, oil slicks, and jumps to navigate.
The gameplay revolves around racing at high speeds while avoiding obstacles and trying to maintain control of your vehicle. The player must use their reflexes and driving skills to steer the car through tight turns and narrow gaps, all while maintaining a speed that allows them to complete each level before time runs out.
