Family Trainer: Jogging Race is the fourth game in Bandai's Family Trainer series for the Famicom. The game features two game modes. The first is a training mode where you define your stats and set your training time or distance. The second mode is a marathon mode, which is divided into stages of 3km. In this mode, you must also avoid obstacles on your way.
The gameplay in Jogging Race involves running as far as possible while avoiding obstacles such as rocks and animals. You can collect power-ups to help you along the way. The game requires strategy and quick thinking to overcome the challenges and reach the finish line.
