The third Super Bomberman 3 game in the SNES series offers a new and improved experience for fans of the series. This game was an overhaul of the entire system of Bomberman games from before, introducing new levels, storylines, and features.
The gameplay of Super Bomberman 3 is fast-paced and action-packed, with support for up to five players using a multitap and an extra controller slot. The "revenge" or "miso bomber" feature allows a player who has died to throw bombs from the sidelines in an attempt to swap places with a still-alive opponent. The game also introduces new power-ups, including the Kangaroo character, which grants additional abilities such as increased hits, jumping, laying rows of bombs, and high-speed running.
Players can choose from a wide selection of different characters to play as, adding variety to the gameplay experience.
