Jumper: Griffin's Story tells the story of Griffin, a Jumper played by Jamie Bell in the movie adaptation. This game explores Griffin's backstory on how he learned about his abilities and the family tragedy that led him to fight against the Paladins.
The gameplay involves exploring levels, fighting enemies through hand-to-hand combat or using weapons with the teleport ability. Players can use this ability to sneak up on enemies and retreat before attacking, pick up weapons, and teleport to other locations to finish them off. There are five different locations to explore: The Colosseum, Griffin’s desert lair, Nepal, Tokyo, and an experimental laboratory.
The gameplay is virtually the same across all games, with minor differences in graphics and control scheme due to the Wii remote used by the console. The story is told through CGI, while gameplay graphics are cell-shaded.
