NHL 2003 brings many exciting game modes for fans of the sport. Players can dive straight into play now mode, take on an international team, participate in a playoff series, or start a new franchise. The franchise mode puts you in charge of managing a team over a decade. You can either control every game during a season or use a manager role to simulate matches. After each season, you have the chance to make adjustments for the next year by tweaking your roster.
