Re-Loaded is the sequel to 1995's Loaded, released on Playstation in December 1996. The game features improved graphics and a similar blend of violence and bloodshed. Players take on the roles of various characters, including Sister Magpie or Butch, who are all unusual and somewhat unsettling.

The game is structured around mission-based objectives, with players tasked with completing specific tasks in each of the 12 worlds to emerge victorious. Each level presents a unique challenge, as players must fight their way through hordes of enemies using an arsenal of weapons, including plasma cannons, lasers, and ultra bombs.
