The story follows Timmy Turner, a young boy who discovers he has fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda. However, these fairies are struggling to behave themselves and get into various mischievous situations. The fairies believe that children should be allowed to make their own decisions and not have to obey rules.
As Timmy navigates his new reality with the help of his fairy godparents, he must also deal with the consequences of their actions. Players control both Cosmo and Wanda as they try to complete tasks and missions while avoiding getting caught by other characters in the game.
