You play as a character in High Rollers Casino , navigating a Las Vegas-style casino environment. You can create your own character using pre-selected options or a mix-and-match generator, with a pre-set voice. Creating a character is required to play, and only one player can play at a time.

The game features various table games and machine games, including Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Slots, and more. You can choose which type of game you want to play directly from the menu or by visiting specific locations in the casino. Additionally, there are poker games that require you to visit the Poker Manager.

Other features of the casino include the Bartender, who explains the rules and provides tutorials, and the Cashier, who helps with managing your money. The Elevator allows access to game statistics, clothing options, prizes, and VIP status. The Casino Manager handles tournament information and offers entry fees. Winning tournaments earns you cash and VIP rewards.

As you progress through the game, your bankroll increases, allowing you to gain VIP status and unlock new costumes for your character. The High Rollers card grants the highest ranking, which can be obtained by collecting specific cards at the Casino Manager's booth.
