In High Rollers Casino , you create a character from pre-selected options or build one using the mix and match generator. You also choose your character's voice. Creating a character is necessary to play, and only one player can play at a time. Once your character is created, you enter the casino environment, which you navigate by walking around in a third-person view.

The game offers various table games, including Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Craps, and Roulette, as well as machine games like Slots and Video Poker. You can play these games directly or visit the Poker Manager to play poker games. Other features include the Bartender, who provides rules explanations and tutorials, and the Cashier, which helps with money management.

The casino also features an Elevator that gives you access to your game statistics, clothing options, and VIP status. The Casino Manager provides information on prizes and handles VIP access. Tournaments require an entry fee, but winning them can bring in Tournament Bonus prizes. As your bankroll increases, you gain VIP status and unlock new items for your character.

Throughout the game, you have the option to access a menu that allows you to change settings, view detailed rules, and save or load your progress. The game is available on Xbox, and it was released on 11 November 2004.
