Zapper is an action-adventure game where the player takes control of a cricket named Zapper on a mission to rescue his brother. The protagonist must navigate through six worlds, each divided into 20 levels, while avoiding hazards and collecting eggs. Along the way, he will meet various friends and enemies that will aid or hinder his progress.

The gameplay revolves around guiding Zapper through treacherous terrain, climbing walls and trees to reach new areas, and using his electric antennae to zap opponents. With four directional movements at his disposal, Zapper must use his wits and reflexes to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies.

Zapper was released on the PlayStation 2 in November 2002 for players looking for a challenging and exciting action-adventure experience.
