Blood Drive , a post-apocalyptic racing game, drops players into the Blood Drive Tournament in Las Ruletas, where hardened criminals compete in a world overrun by zombies. The eight participants must use deadly car-mounted weapons to outmaneuver each other and hordes of undead.

Gameplay offers a range of match variations, including regular races, checkpoint challenges, and objective-based modes like killing zombies or holding onto a golden skull as long as possible. Before each race, players can select from ten weapon setups for their chosen car, as well as one of eight racers with unique vehicles. Power-ups hidden throughout the tracks provide speed boosts and other advantages.
