Gravity Rush is an action game set in a free open world to be explored. The game's story is set in a town called "Hekseville". Player controls a little girl named Kat, who does not remember anything about her own past. One day, a mysterious black cat gives her the power to control gravity. Kat tries to rebuild the city destroyed by the mysterious gravitational vortices and hostile gelatin creatures. With this newfound power, she can manipulate objects and environments in creative ways.
The gameplay is focused on exploration and platforming, with an emphasis on using Kat's gravity powers to navigate the environment. The PlayStation Vita's gyroscope allows for precise camera control, making it easy to aim jumps and throws at enemies. Players will need to master Kat's abilities to defeat a variety of foes, from hostile creatures to treacherous terrain.
