XBlaze Lost: Memories follows Me , the sister of Me's missing sibling. When Me's sister disappears, Me finds her father's workshop glowing, just like it did after their mother's death. As Me explores the workshop, she wakes up in the "Phantom Field" with no memories and meets Nobody . Her goal is to escape the Phantom Field and find her sister.

The game is a visual novel, where you control Me as she navigates through the Phantom Field. The levels contain Memory Fragments, which can be collected to solve riddles given by Nobody . Once solved, Me is granted a Memory Stone, unlocking either the main story or side stories depending on the stone's color.
