Bram Stoker's Dracula is the title given to a number of games based on the 1992 film of the same name. Gameplay for each game varies greatly from platform to platform, but they all retain a similar plot based on the movie. The 16-bit console versions are side-scrolling hack-and-slash games.
The player controls Jonathan Harker , a young lawyer who must escape from Dracula's clutches, follow him to London, and put an end to his evil plans.
The game follows the story of Jonathan Harker, who is captured by Count Dracula while on business in Transylvania. As Harker tries to find a way to escape, he must also navigate through Dracula's castle and uncover the secrets behind the vampire's powers.
