Bug Too! is the sequel to Bug! . It is a third-person action platformer with console-style play mechanics. You play as Bug and his two sidekicks, SuperFly and Maggot Dog. You go through several 3D worlds, all of which are parodies of movies. You must defeat the themed villains through all of the environments to make your homeland safe again.
The game takes place in a world that is being threatened by an evil empire. The main character's goal is to gather allies and fight against the empire to save his home.
Gameplay involves exploring 3D worlds, fighting enemies, and solving puzzles. The gameplay is similar to console games of its time, with an emphasis on fast-paced action and platforming challenges.

This action-packed game follows a Hollywood-bound insect star named Bug as he navigates a series of chaotic movie sets ranging from swampy mazes to outer space. The player controls Bug to stomp enemies, avoid hazards, and collect power-ups while aiming to win the coveted Blippie Award for Best Performance.
Story
Now More Juicier Than Ever!
He's back! And he's leaner, meaner and greener than before.
After long negotiations with top Hollywood execs, Bug has just been assigned a six flick deal. As director of all his new projects, your job is to see to it that Bug and his new squishy costars give award-winning performances.
He is joined by lightning-tongued Maggot Dog and the funkified Superfly. With a cast of totally professional arachnids to work with, you should have no problem bringing home the coveted Blippie Award.

How to Play
Getting Started
Set up your Sega Saturn System as described in its instruction manual. Place Disk 1 "BUG TOO!", label side up, in the well of the CD tray and close the lid.
Turn on the TV or monitor and the Sega Saturn. The Sega Saturn logo will appear on screen. If nothing appears, turn the system off and make sure it is set up correctly before turning it on again.
If you wish to stop a game in progress, or the game ends, open the CD drive door, or perform a soft reset during the Title Loop to reach the CD Control Panel.
Disc Care
Your Sega Saturn CD contains a security code that allows the disc to be read. Be sure to keep the disc clean and handle it carefully.
If your Sega Saturn system has trouble reading the disc, remove the disc and wipe it carefully, starting from the center of the disc and wiping straight out toward the edge.
Main Game Menu
Here you can begin play or access the Options Menu. To make a selection in the game menus, press the D-Pad UP or DOWN to highlight an option and press the START Button to make your selection.

If you want to turn the music and sound on or off, as well as configure the D-Pad, you can do that in this menu.
Bug Power-Ups
Throughout each level you can collect Power-Ups to replenish your Bug Juice.

Bug Juice: Collect to replenish your Bug Juice to full capacity.
•
Spit Glob: Gives you an unlimited supply of phlegm to shoot.
•
Sugar Crystals, Doggie Bones and Disco Balls: Award you with big, juicy points.
•
1UPs: Give you an extra life.
•
Hearts: Replenishes your Bug Juice just a tad.
•
Coins: For bonus levels containing points lives, ect.
Weevil Dead 2
There's no popcorn box to hide behind here, and you can't walk out of the theater! As the star of your first horror film you must stomp Bowling Ball Larvae, Schizoid Bats, Zombie Beetles who drool plasma, chain-wielding Larva Spooks and the diabolical Frogenstein.
Rising floors, falling walls and the Hedge Maze will test your star status, so we've thrown in some Bug Juice to keep you in rare form.
