Total Carnage is a tale of war and resistance in the ravaged country of Kookistan. General Akhboob's regime has left its people in dire straits, with a stronghold, hostages, and an army of radioactive mutants at his command. Captain Carnage and Major Mayhem, also known as the Doomsday Squad, are the only ones brave enough to take on the evil dictator and his forces.
The gameplay is fast-paced and action-packed, with the player or players (in simultaneous co-op mode) navigating through 20 battlezones filled with non-stop combat. Armed with a machine gun, the player can also collect additional weapons such as grenade launchers, rocket launchers, and flame throwers to aid in their mission.
