M*A*S*H

In this game, you play as Hawkeye Pierce, a surgeon at the Mobile Army Surgical Hospital #4077 during the Korean War. The game is divided into two main stages: first, you must rescue injured soldiers from the battlefield and return them to base without being shot down by enemy tanks; second, you are in the operating room where you carefully remove bullets and shrapnel from wounded soldiers. This part of the game is similar to the classic "OPERATION" tweezers game.

Each set of missions is repeated four times. The first player to reach 999 points wins the game. There are four different variations, each selectable as either one-player (against the computer) or two-player mode.
