Whales are being attacked by a whaling ship in the Arctic Ocean off the coast of Baja. You must use your submarine to shoot down nets or harpoons and radioactive debris to save them.
Save The Whales is an action-packed game where you control your submarine as it moves from left to right along the bottom of the screen. The whaling ship will throw down nets or harpoons, depending on the settings, and you must aim and shoot them. However, beware of radioactive debris flowing from the right side of the screen, which can hurt both you and the whales if not destroyed quickly enough. Your submarine is vulnerable to five hits before the game ends. In a two-player mode, one player controls the submarine while the other plays as the whaling ship.
