The game looks like a comic book come to life, with a three-colour palette scheme featuring black and white environments, objects, and characters. The only colour present is red, which makes for some pretty gruesome blood splatters. Two over-the-top hosts commentate on your every move, adding to the show's TV-like atmosphere.

The gameplay revolves around completing challenges in various arenas. Your goal is to score points by defeating enemies in creative ways and participating in timed mini-games like ManDarts or ManGolf. You'll also have to face unique boss enemies once you reach a certain point threshold. Defeating these bosses will earn you the right to move on to the next challenge.

Quick time events and Wii motion-sensitive controls are used throughout the game, making for some intense finishing moves, mini-games, and everyday tasks like avoiding enemy attacks.
