Michael Jackson: The Experience for the Wii is a rhythm and dance game inspired by the Just Dance series. Unlike most dance games, Micheal Jackson: The Experience does not require any special peripherals. The game is played with a single Wii Remote which tracks the player as they try and perform the onscreen dance moves in-sync with the game.
The Wii version features a training mode with video guides, four player multiplayer, and a Career mode that spans Jackson's career from the 80's onward. Each stage is inspired by the song's music video and are created in 3D with live action dancers inserted.
