MySims brings a fresh start to the Sims series on the Wii console. This game has been redesigned from scratch to fit the system's unique style, with characters and environments that are more anime-like and reminiscent of Mii characters.
In MySims , players take on the role of reinvigorating a struggling town by applying their creative skills. As the town flourishes, new residents will move in, such as Roxie Road from the Ice Cream Shop or Vic Vector from the arcade. To make these residents feel at home, the player must build them houses that come to life.
MySims offers a wide range of customization options, including homes and furniture. In return, players can acquire new outfits and special items. The game also features essences, which are obtained by helping characters or finding them in the village. Unlike other Sims games, this series does not have character needs, and houses are built using blueprints with building blocks.
The game boasts over 80 NPCs to interact with, allowing players to build relationships with them. The nunchuk is used for movement, while the remote handles movement and object placement. With its unique blend of creativity and gameplay, MySims is a great addition to any Wii library.
MySims was released on September 18, 2007, for the Nintendo Wii console.
