Based on Antz Extreme Racing , the characters from the film Antz get bored and start a racing competition. Each character has eight individual courses to complete, with two of them available from the start. The others can be unlocked by completing the game with another character. As in most arcade racers, there are power-ups to collect, such as rockets or shields for protection. The game offers four main race types: driving on the backs of bigger bugs, running, flying on the backs of bugs, or surfing on a leaf.
Players can enjoy Antz Extreme Racing in four-player split-screen multiplayer mode, adding to the fun and excitement of the racing experience.
