Doom Eternal is a fast-paced first-person shooter that takes place 10 years after the events of DOOM (2016) . The game follows the story of Doomguy as he attempts to stop the demon army from invading Earth. With the help of the Nihilium, a powerful and ancient force, the demons have taken over the planet, leaving only destruction in their wake.
The gameplay in Doom Eternal is intense and action-packed, with a focus on close-quarters combat and intense set piece sequences. Players control Doomguy as he fights his way through hordes of demons, from small, agile imps to massive, powerful bosses. The game features a variety of new abilities and upgrades for Doomguy, including the use of a new "Glory Kill" ability that allows him to execute demons in a stylish and satisfying fashion.
