The objective of Dino Breeder is for the player, guided by a professor, to travel around the world. The goal is to hatch, raise, and train dinosaurs with the aim of becoming the Top Dinosaur. As the player looks after their pet dinosaurs, they must ensure these dinosaurs are fed and happy as they grow.
The gameplay involves traveling to different parts of the world, hatching eggs, raising and training dinosaurs, and battling wild dinosaurs that may threaten the player's pets. The player must balance the needs of their dinosaurs with the desire to become the best dinosaur breeder in the world.
