Super Mario Strikers

Super Mario Strikers is a soccer game where Mario plays without referees or rules. The game takes place in an electric fence arena, and players use items to gain an advantage. Bowser makes appearances throughout the game, adding some unpredictability. Players can choose their team captain, sidekicks, and sides, selecting from various play modes such as grudge matches, cup battles, custom tournaments, and tutorials. The team captain has a super strike option, but it's risky as opponents can still hit them back.

The gameplay involves passing, shooting, deking, and hitting other players. Sidekicks can't do the super strike, but they can charge a shot for more power. Players can use lob passes or ground passes, and execute one-timers by shooting immediately after a teammate passes the ball to them. If a player hits an opponent without the ball, their team gets an item. Items are earned when scoring goals.
