The sixth installment of the long-running fighting game series, Tekken 6 , follows the story of Jin Kazama as he becomes a tyrant after winning the last King of Iron Fist tournament. He severs all links with other nations and goes to war, prompting Lars Alexandersson to start a rebellion and bring about an end to Mishima Zaibatsu.

The gameplay of Tekken 6 is similar to previous Tekkens, where players choose their character for the King of Iron Fist tournament. The first combatant to reach two K.O.'s wins, although this can be extended to five rounds. If neither player is victorious by the time the round timer reaches zero, the player with the most health is declared the winner. New features include improved character customization and a "Rage" mode that improves damage when health is low.

The game also includes six new playable characters. Multiplayer options include standard fights that can be played online through PSN.
