Guilty Gear Isuka is the next installment in the Guilty Gear sci-fi fighting series. Bio weapons called Gears fight among each other for ultimate supremacy and survival as they escape the Holy Knights who aim to hunt them down.
The gameplay involves tournament-styled battles between characters using their special abilities and moves, but with a twist: 2-on-2 battles take place in multi-plane arenas requiring players to switch orientation manually. This is similar to Fatal Fury , another popular fighting game series.
New features include two new playable characters, new backgrounds, and various game modes like the "Boost" mode, which turns the game into a 2D side-scrolling beat 'em up experience.
