Final Fight One is an enhanced port of the SNES version of Final Fight Guy , made to fix most of its shortcomings and add new features. This particular port seemed to be aimed at creating a better gaming experience.
The gameplay in Final Fight One includes three playable characters, two-player co-op mode via link cable, restored Industrial Area stage, added dialogue scenes before boss battles, and Street Fighter Alpha 3 renditions of Cody and Guy as hidden playable characters. Players can also use alternate palettes for each character, share the same character between players, save in-between levels, and use rapid punches.
The game features increased enemy placement with more simultaneous enemies on screen, similar to Final Fight Guy . Additionally, power-ups from Final Fight Guy are also present, including a new Cody 1-Up doll item. Overall, the gameplay offers improved combat and puzzle-solving mechanics for players.
The release date of Final Fight One was September 26, 2001, making it a great option for fans of action-adventure games on the GameBoy Advance console.
