Vib-ribbon follows the adventures of a rabbity character as it skips around along the eponymous vib ribbon. The goal is to control the character until the end, dodging obstacles and racking up points in the process.
The game is a music-based experience, with Japanese band Laugh and Peace providing the soundtrack. The levels are generated in real-time by analyzing the music being played, adding an extra layer of challenge and excitement. Once you've mastered the songs that come with Vib-ribbon , you can create your own custom challenges using your own music CDs.
Vib-ribbon was released on December 12th, 1999 for the Playstation console.
