The player travels to Quiz Gear Fight World to challenge opponents (CPU or human player) to a quiz made up of questions with multiple choice answers. The player must select the correct answers in a limited time to try and gain more points than the opponent. Some questions are text-based, others consist of picture cards. Some rounds are mini-games which are either skill or luck-based.
Gameplay involves answering questions as quickly and accurately as possible to accumulate points. The player must also navigate through various levels, each with its own unique challenges and obstacles. Mini-games add an extra layer of excitement, requiring the player to use their skills and reflexes to succeed.
