Chuck Rock II takes place shortly after the events of the first game. The story begins with Ophelia safe and sound, and Chuck having found happiness as he settled down with her. Their life is soon disrupted when their son Junior is kidnapped by a rival manufacturer seeking to exploit Chuck's exceptional skills in carving stone vehicles. Now, it's up to Junior to rescue his dad.
The gameplay in this sequel shares similarities with the original, but with some key differences as you navigate through levels as Junior instead of Chuck. The game features side-scrolling platforming and occasional rock-moving puzzles to overcome. One notable change is that Junior wields a club, which extends his attack range compared to Chuck's abilities.
