Verytex

Humanity has long since advanced into space, and colonies have been established on many planets, but it seems humanity is not yet ready for contact with alien life. An emergency signal has come from the planet Shirakusa, where a battleship called Aphrodite was conducting a survey when all contact was lost.

You are part of an elite team known as the Verytex squad, and you have been sent to investigate this mysterious signal.

Verytex is a vertically scrolling space shooter with some unusual themes. The game has six stages that you must navigate through while fighting against enemy ships.

The game features three different types of weapons: Normal Shot, Beam Laser, and Boomerang Laser, each with increasing levels of power as they are upgraded.
