Style Savvy: Fashion Forward

The gameplay is centered around selling clothes from your boutique, which requires matching customers' requests with your existing inventory. Customers have budgets, and if they fall in love with an item, they may be willing to spend more. As the player, you must purchase all the store's inventory beforehand and customize the interior, exterior, and window display of your boutique to attract the right customers.

In addition to running the boutique, you'll also take on side-jobs such as being a beautician, hairstylist, or modeling studio. These jobs allow you to create and save makeup and hair styles, which can be used in future jobs. You can also participate in fashion shows, where you must match themes with multiple outfits.

As you progress through the game, clothing brands will commission limited runs of new clothing based on your style sense. You'll learn new patterns and accessories by talking to people in town and create custom designs on your own dime. A new feature is the dollhouse, where you can customize rooms to your liking or design them around a theme.

The game also supports Streetpass and Amiibos, allowing you to share dollhouse rooms with other players and receive exclusive items as rewards.
