Altered Beast: Guardian of the Realms

You visit 15 different realms, fighting your way past dozens of monsters in each one to battle and defeat the boss creature at the end. Your attacks include kicks and punches, and you can jump or duck to avoid enemies.

A new feature is attack items that give you useful abilities like regeneration, increased speed, and shields.

You can battle your friends using a link cable in story mode with creatures you collect throughout each level.
