International Track & Field is a sports game released for the Game Boy Color in 1999. The game's story revolves around various athletic events, where you can participate as a representative of your chosen country and compete against others.
The gameplay of International Track & Field offers two main modes: Single Play and Versus Play. In Single Play mode, you have three options to choose from: Olympic mode, Championship mode, and Record. In Olympic mode, you can select a specific event, country, and play it out after completing the tutorial. Championship mode allows you to compete in randomly selected events, excluding trap shooting and table tennis. Record mode lets you check the top scores for each athletic event.
Versus Play mode enables you to connect with another device using System Link and test your skills against a human opponent.
