Cindy's Caribbean Holiday is a single-player game aimed at young girls and consists of a series of simple activities. The game starts with an animated sequence in which Cindy calls up her friends and invites them on a holiday in the Caribbean. This leads the player to the main menu. From this menu all the game's activities can be accessed.

The gameplay revolves around five adventures, each offering a unique experience. + Packing for the Holidays is a mini-game where the player must remove clothing items from screens within a fixed time limit. + Interior Designer allows players to change the style and colour of Cindy's Room by clicking on icons. + Lost Rabbits is a Whac-A-Mole variant where the goal is to catch rabbits by clicking on them before they hide again. + Delicious Fruits involves catching fruit while avoiding bugs, with each level lasting for a fixed period of time. + Bikini Fun lets players change Cindy's clothes without saving or printing the picture.

The game also features four tests: + The Boyfriend Finder asks questions about favourite colours, shapes, and numbers to calculate a perfect match. + The Coolest Girl test provides an assessment after answering five multiple-choice questions. + The Pet Guide asks about favourite food, flowers, and fruits for the ideal pet. + The Friendship Indicator assesses whether the player would make a good friend or not by answering five multiple-choice questions.

Cindy's Caribbean Holiday includes a Beach Images mini-game where players join-the-dots to complete pictures of ten selected images. The game is entirely mouse-controlled.
