Anubis II is a story-driven action-adventure game that takes place in ancient Egypt. The evil spirit Mumm'hotep has brought eternal darkness and a deadly curse over the land, and it's up to the warrior Anubis to save Egypt. With his trusty scepter of Ra and Kanopic bombs at his disposal, Anubis must navigate through nine challenging levels filled with enemies and platform puzzles.

The gameplay in Anubis II is a mix of exploration, combat, and puzzle-solving. As the player controls Anubis from a third-person perspective, they'll need to use his staff to swing across gaps, lock onto enemies to take them down with energy balls, and solve platform puzzles to unlock the next stage. Each level requires finding eight pyramids that open up the portal to progress through the game.
