The gameplay is simple yet fun, requiring only three buttons to perform all possible shots. To improve your skills, you'll need to invest time in training through several mini-games, such as hitting a circle on the other side of the net or defeating aliens by returning their shots.

You can also play against the CPU or a friend (or two if you play doubles). The game includes 12 mini-games for playing with friends, including some from the World Tour training and others like Curling or Super-Bingo. The Tournament Mode and Exhibition Mode are present in the arcade version, but the Challenge Mode has been replaced by the World Tour Mode and Party Mode.
