The Futurama series, winner of a 2002 Emmy Award for Best Animated Program, has been recreated on gaming consoles. The game has been developed in close cooperation with the people behind the TV series and is presented as a 3D platform game with an authentic cartoonish look. All famous characters make an appearance and the story is guided with animations and original advertisements with the look and feel of the TV series.

The planet Earth has fallen into the wrong hands, Futurama player's crew must navigate through various worlds to stop Mom's evil plans and save their home.

Players control Fry, Leela, Dr. Zoidberg, Bender and other characters as they run, jump and shoot their way through levels filled with danger. The game features a range of missions, from delivering packages to stopping Mom's robots.

Turanga Leela is the Captain and Pilot of the Planet Express Delivery Ship. She has poor depth perception and her favorite kung fu movies are Crouching Tiger, Disembowelling Parrot.

Dr. John Zoidberg is the Planet Express Doctor. He likes acceptance and scavenging, and dislikes invertebrates and love rivals.
