The Flintstones, a classic cartoon from the 1960s, was brought to life in 1993 on the Super Nintendo as Flintstones the Movie . The story takes place after the events of the original film and follows Fred Flintstone as he teams up with his friend Barney Rubble and their wives Wilma and Betty to stop the villainous Mr. Slate from taking over Bedrock.

The gameplay in Flintstones the Movie is fast-paced action-adventure that challenges players to navigate through various levels set in iconic locations from the cartoon, such as Bedrock City and the Rock quarry. Players control Fred Flintstone as he battles enemies, collects power-ups, and solves puzzles to progress through the game.

The gameplay involves a mix of running, jumping, and fighting, with an emphasis on timing-based combat. The game features a variety of levels, each with its own unique challenges and obstacles. With its colorful graphics and catchy sound effects, Flintstones the Movie is a fun and nostalgic experience for fans of the original cartoon.
