Motocross Maniacs Advance is a side-scrolling racing game where players control dirt bikes as their main vehicle. The game features four modes of play, including Race , Time Attack , Action (stunt tracks for points), and Link Battle (a multiplayer mode that requires additional cartridges and a link cable). Players can choose from six different riders, each with their own unique attributes and abilities. During races, players can collect power-ups such as heat-seeking missiles, land-mines, and nitro tanks to gain an advantage.

The game's Motocross Maniacs Advance has a total of four modes of play, including a racing mode where players compete against each other. The Time Attack mode allows players to set the fastest time possible on each track, while the Action mode features stunt tracks that reward points for performing tricks and stunts.

The game was released in 2002-03-21 for the GameBoy Advance console. Players can choose from six different riders with unique attributes and abilities, making the gameplay experience more varied and challenging.
