Crusty Demons , an extreme sports game based on the real-life stunt troupe, lets players explore large environments like trailer parks and international cities to do tricks and race with motorized vehicles such as motorcycles and cars.

The story of the videogame follows the Crusty Demons meeting the Devil who offers them immortality in exchange for their souls. However, when they discover they can still feel pain after fatal injuries, they renege on the deal. The Devil agrees to return their souls if the Crusty Demons follow his every order and fulfill his demands.

The game features a rag doll engine that rewards players with graphic simulations of collisions or bail, accompanied by blood splatter and x-rays showing broken bones. Unlockables include pictures of women.
