When two classic puzzle games come together, chaos ensues. The characters from the Puyo Puyo series find themselves facing off against a group of self-proclaimed Tetris masters who claim to be experts at both. As these two worlds collide, it's unclear whether they can coexist without driving each other mad.

Puyo Puyo Tetris brings together the unique elements of both series in a puzzle-packed experience. Players take on 26 characters across seven chapters of 10 stages each, competing to determine which game is superior. The objective remains the same: score chains and overwhelm opponents with Nuisance Puyos or extra blocks. However, the rules change frequently, introducing new challenges such as item usage and time-sensitive objectives.

The traditional multiplayer mode is still available, allowing up to four players to compete for bragging rights in a battle of wits and puzzle-solving skills.
